All stores must apply using the form on our store registration page. 

Only stores that are accepted will have access to and use the platform. We review applications on an ongoing basis.

Applications will be examined in the order in which they were received. If you agree to join the platform, a notification will be sent within 1-3 business days.

You will receive an email notification with registration instructions and we are open to schedule an onboarding meeting to properly introduce ourselves and guide you through the platform. 

Joining Endelea’s B2B platform is completely free! 

Within the platform you can save a draft of your order, so you can review it later. 

Payment and shipping

Orders are to be paid by bank transfer. Please visit our payment instructions to follow all the steps.

We ship throughout Europe by standard shipping. If you’re not in Europe, contact us at and we’ll do our best to support you.

The delivery windows are different depending on the season: the Fall Winter collections are delivered in September, while the Spring Summer collections in March.


We remain available during office hours to the mail to answer questions and doubts, with the possibility of organizing video clips and phone support.
